BIAB, acrylic or gel extensions: which should I choose?
Want stronger natural nails without extra length? Choose BIAB. Want length and a bold shape that lasts? Choose acrylic. Want length with a lighter feel? Choose gel extensions. Not sure? Book the closest one and your technician will check your nails and advise before starting.
How long does BIAB last?
Most clients come back for an infill after three to four weeks, as their natural nails grow out. Regular infills keep BIAB balanced and strong.
How much are BIAB nails?
A BIAB full set is £35 and a BIAB infill is £30. Acrylic full sets start at £40 and gel extensions at £45. You'll find every price above, and you can book online in a couple of taps.
Does BIAB damage your natural nails?
Not when it's applied and removed properly. Damage usually happens when BIAB is picked or peeled off at home, so always book a removal and we'll take it off safely.
Can I get acrylic nails if my nails are short?
Yes. Acrylic adds the length for you, so you don't need long nails to start. Just pick short/medium or long/extra-long when you book.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome whenever a technician is free. Booking online guarantees your slot. We're open 9am to 7pm, 7 days a week, including Sundays.
Is BIAB or gel halal?
We don't know of any BIAB, gel or acrylic that has been shown to be breathable, so we don't call these halal. If halal polish matters to you, choose a manicure or pedicure with our LENA halal-friendly breathable polish instead.
How do I look after my nails between appointments?
Use cuticle oil every day, wear gloves for cleaning and washing up, and never pick or peel off your product. Book an infill every three to four weeks to keep your nails strong.
Can I have Christmas nail art on BIAB or acrylics?
Yes. Add festive nail art, glitter, chrome or French tips to any BIAB, gel or acrylic set. Allow a little extra time for detailed designs, and book early for December, as party-season weekends fill up fast.
What is BIAB?
BIAB stands for Builder In A Bottle. It's a builder gel brushed onto your own nails to add strength and structure, giving a clean, durable and natural-looking finish. Because it goes on your natural nails, it works on short nails too. A full set takes about an hour and an infill about 45 minutes. We're at 730 Romford Road, Manor Park, a short trip from Ilford, East Ham and Forest Gate.
